Installation of building services in a 12-story hotel

HotelsThe former Commerzbank high-rise building in Düsseldorf's old town has been converted into a modern city hotel. ENGIE Deutschland has taken over the installation of the building equipment during this revitalization, based on a finished design. The project received a DGNB platinum certification.
The listed building has a height of 12 floors and a narrow location, which required logistically demanding handling.

- Local heat transfer station with 750 kW output, cill convectors, underfloor convectors and radiators

- Wall hydrant system with wet fire-extinguishing system including fire extinguishing separation station

- 2 ventilation systems Hotel rooms 12,960 m³/h, ground floor and lobby 11,060 m³/h, 4 small systems a total of 7,890 m³/h, smoke pressure system for firefighters elevator and staircase 60,000 m³/h
