Our services in the field of renewable energies

"Whether it's planning, construction, operation, marketing or green energy solutions: at ENGIE, we are pushing ahead with the transition to renewable energy in all areas. The ENGIE Group is growing by 4 gigawatts of renewable energy per year. In Germany, we make our contribution through greenfield projects and planning cooperations, solutions for post-EEG systems and the repowering of our existing wind farms.

Ralf Schürkamp, Head of the Renewable Energy Business Unit at ENGIE Deutschland

From planning to marketing: ENGIE Deutschland is heading into the future with renewable energies

Shaping a climate-neutral world: This is what drives us at ENGIE. Whether wind energy , photovoltaics, hydropower or green energy solutions: You benefit from our many years of experience with renewable energy plants worldwide, from the advantages of the ENGIE Group in energy procurement and from the latest findings of our own research centers. As the fifth largest supplier of green long-term power purchase agreements in Europe, we are the link between green energy producers and industrial customers.

Holistic approach to climate neutrality

At ENGIE Deutschland, we take a holistic view of renewable energy plants: We develop projects ourselves, cooperate with project developers, operate plants worldwide and ensure their marketing. We use existing locations sustainably and efficiently through continued operation and repowering. With individually tailored business models, we also ensure that post-EEG plants for climate protection are retained – even if they no longer receive support under the Renewable Energy Act.
