High-tech in the laboratory building of Merck
All-building services from a single source
D50 is an 8-story laboratory and office building of Merck with a gross floor area of about 15,600 m2. In the building there are 10 individually designed laboratory areas each with approx. 700 m2 usable area and very high installation density.
ENGIE is responsible for the production of heating, cooling, sanitary, sprinkler, air conditioning and technical gases, taking into account the factory specifications and laboratory requirements.
