Technical building equipment from a single source
The Marquardt company has built a new building for its research and development departments at its headquarters in Rietheim-Weilheim. A central canteen, the apprentice workshop and meeting rooms were integrated. ENGIE Deutschland was commissioned with implementing the technical building equipment.

Installation of the entire building services: heating, cooling, sanitary and fire extinguishing system
- Cold with two recooling systems with a total of 842 kW cooling output
- Heating without generator with distribution and heating surfaces and BKA; Total output approx. 700 kW
- Refrigeration system as split refrigeration for data center; Total output 136 kW
- Sanitary installation with softening system and pressure increase
